Customer Service Practitioner Apprentice Level 3
Are you looking to work in an environment that is fast paced providing market leading systems.
This apprenticeship will allow you to gain a customer service level 3 apprenticeship and be part of a cutting edge team handling day to day customer service support on mobile apps, EPoS and cashless payment systems. Provide high quality service to our customers with a smile. Working hours are 8:45am – 5pm.
On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Framework - consisting of the Intermediate NVQ Level, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills if appropriate.
Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by Training & Apprenticeships Assessors, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards.
